One of the hottest spots during lobster season. A gret place to get experience on a deeper recreational dive during lobster season.

Leave the poor Sea Divers alone. Pick on the Green Bouy and I'd back you up more. Saying that California recreational divers are not qualified to dive to 130 feet is out of line.
