Why do you "rely on their divers noodles to tell them where their boundaries are" but you don't similarly rely on their noodle to tell them what THEY wish to breathe?

I'm glad you guys don't run a restaurant. I can see it now "You are free to sit anywhere you like, but you can only eat what we tell you to eat."
