I am not a conciliator, I am an observer. Michael was not ignored. Some ideas he pushed were accepted widely like the backplate or considering dive gear to be life support equipment. Some was rejected like the wide spread use of mixed gases. He was listened to and people made their choices. That's a good thing outside cults.
PS. You sure use the word conciliator in an odd way. I did not offer any mediation to anyone.
