My custom wetsuit from M&B arrived monday.
The thing is THICK!! I took a tape measure and measured the edge and it reads a full 1/2"! Old school beaver tail, attached hood, kevlar on knees and elbows, stainless beaver tail clasps, looks like circa 1970.
This is the last of the last Rubatex G231 of the original company. It's a beautiful suit but it was like doing a full 1.5 hour weight workout just putting on and taking it off. It's going to get some getting used to for sure. This is a true North Coast commercial urchin diver suit.
It's a beautiful thing.

Any bets on how much weight I'll need to use? I say 40 to 50 lbs.
Think about it, 24 mm on the torso! Oh man!!
