Well, Mojo-mike asked for more dive reports, so I decided to post. These photos are from the last week. Redondo and Old marineland have been freezing; vis is pretty good right now. Vis in Malibu is not great, water is 59. These are some of my more interesting photos.

Dive buddies include Mirek, Dana, Kalani, Andy, and Nick. I hope you enjoy the shots! Scott

Bat Ray in flight, Redondo, 85ft

Squid egg, Redondo, 70ft. Soon afterwards the squid placed the egg in the sand

Tritonia Festiva, Marineland this one was at 55ft depth. They are hard to find.

Butterfly Ray, in the sand, Redondo, 22ft

Spanish shawl, Malibu rd, 20ft

Octopus carefully guarding her eggs (this was taken with zoom lens, she was far in a crevice), Malibu Road, 22ft. I found a new large pinnacle at Malibu road, with huge sheer walls! lots of rockfish
