Hi,,, I,ve been a comercial urchin diver for 20 years this month. I,ve noticed in the Ft Bragg ca area the kelp has all but disapeared in the last year. The urchin quality has been extremely diminished. Does anyone have any possible reasons for the kelp or urchin quality problems. the water temp has not been changing. Mike.
