My opinion on the Suunto recall is to cover your customers but charge those who bought elsewhere. If they are coming to you as a service, they should expect to pay a reasonable amount.

Whatever the cost to you as a business plus what ever markup is standard.

Then you can wave the fee at your discretion. Like when I show up ;-)

The only time that I buy online is when it is not available otherwise. I really hate waiting for gear.
