So how did you name Buchanon reef?

Makes me think the up-current side of all the PV points are worth checking out, or at least, all on the south side of PV where I tihnk there is often a big upwelling, too. Some days the SST map shows a cold spot there. Anyone who dives that area can certainly believe that.
