As I recall, Ahmed is larger -- but there was not much there. Tulamben is a series of small resorts between the highway and the bay. I would stay in Tulamben, you just walk out the door of your cabana, tell the DM you are going diving, have the dive sherpa lady carry your gear on her head to the entry, walk in the water and put your gear on, and you are off to dive the Liberty. Something we should have here in So Cal.
