From my best reckoning, the aquarium needs more money and the gov't needs less. It's unfornate that they had to pay the gov't. Sounds like it was an accident to me. It's also unfortunate that two people resigned after the heat related deaths. They would probably be the best sea lion tenders for years to come because they learned a hard lesson. Assuming their heart is in that sort of work, I hope they come back to the aquarium. Ross-O
