My color vision isn't very good so I struggle with correcting pics. Sometimes I manually adjust the levels. Other times I hit "auto levels" just to get an idea of what PhotoShop thinks is best. I've found that it works good for brightly lit subjects but tends to over correct for many UW shots. It worked pretty good for your image.
