Yikes!!! Well in hindsight; If it was me in the Skipper's Chair with no response from them on Ch.16 --and I knew I had Divers deco'ing under that flag-- I would've made a "Pan Pan Pan" urgent assistance call to the Coast Guard. If that ship still was bearing down full bore on me then broadcast full Mayday Distress Call. . .
