Ok, I can't believe I am being sucked into this, but I have to know where a freighter can be way off course anywhere near the entrance to LB harbor. There are pilot areas, anchorages, and shipping channels with a few undesignated areas that come with a warning about large ships. Large shipd pretty much own that area. Seriously, I don't want to start a fight, I am simply surprised that there is diving there.
