When our dive club charter the boat we made an announcement pulling into the harbor thanking folks for diving with us and reminded them to tip the crew. We did not want tham to think we were cheap bas...ds. I think mentioning it in the dive briefing is a good idea, just in case there open water instructor failed to mention it in there boat diving module.
