What quanitifies a good tip?

1. The Captain, crew and dive masters working as a team.
2. Know the Captain, crew and dive masters and getting to know them
3. Meet my special needs on the next trip or a later trip. Being remembered.
4. Excellent and dive sites in be best or worse conditions
5. Ability of the team to manage the worst of situations and have the confidence they can do it.
6. Keeping me safe and everyone around me.
7. Feed me
8. Good quality air and know if I am going for a 1 hr SI.
9. Personable to ask me to return again at a later date.
10. Having fun and doing it safely.
