In the event of a diving accident it would look better to a judge/jury if you had covered all the bases by insisting on the card. If possible it might also be a good idea to keep a copy of each diver's card in your records in the event that you need it for your lawyer. In addition, if you have copies of the cards on file a diver who is in the database will not have to worry about forgetting it and having to cancel the trip. |
