Onset of NN could have many causes: Properly hydrated? Get enough rest the previous night? Stressed? Problems with wife/girlfriend/boyfriend? Rough trip out with just a touch of mal de mer?, or just because...

Be aware of the dive conditions, but remember your perceptions are impaired. You can always call the dive and find a shallower dive location. - Better safe than sorry.

It's all fun and games until somebody has to recover a body.
