Captain Andy was a commercial fisherman/bugman for a really long time and knows all of the crazy secret spots that most other captains don't. I know California Dive Company has it chartered for the opening night, I'm probably going to jump on it. They're docked in the Channel Islands Harbor. This isn't a 6 pack but it's also not a 40 diver boat. They max out at 20 and will run with 10.
