too bad someone didn't think of that for the wrecks off our coast before Frank and Calif. wreck destroyers got to them.

That's the bad news..

The somewhat saving grace is that they have pretty much destroyed everything with in ther diving ability, which thankfully is very limited, so they can't do to much more damage...
