As the annual roving Dive Vets "Sheesh" award.

Determined by applause, amazement or a general row.
The reel should be awarded annually to divers who bring up the item that most inspires the phrase "Sheesh".

The recipient is free to bestow it at any time throughout the year to anyone who earns an outstanding "Sheesh".
