Great pictures Ross! I've often wanted to stop and check things out on the kelp patties in the crossing...and always have my snorkel and fins handy in case we run into a pod of dolphins...Our boat neighbor has been seeing the Molas about 10-13 miles off Dana Point, heading to Catalina...I of course, after many many crossings have yet to see one! Hubby "said" he saw one once!
