I contributed to the hit by violating one of my cardinal diving rules:
never, EVER, overexert, especially when diving repetetive deep profiles. On that last dive I overexerted removing a cage lamp. Cruel irony: the damn thing wasn't brass. That should make DWILL's and MHK's day.
