I really don't like the karate wars becasue they are a waste of time. I don't like having to defend a pair of ankle weights to ANYONE. I get even madder if I'm out on a day of "relaxation" on a boat and someone has been told that ankle weights, or any other piece of dive gear, has any implication whatsoever because someone on the internet made comments about them and the "lack of skills" that someone who uses them has.

Mike, please watch the implications of your comments. You aren't a photog and you speak from your view of diving experiences only.

There is a difference between saying this is "a piece of equipment", this is why I recommend it of don't recommend it and making broad judgemental statements. I have little respect for the broad judgemental statements and for those that try and sell a bill of goods over the internet.
