I think that some people must only see in black and white. Others are blessed to see gray and even some color.

Some of my adaptations are due to "the stupid stuff" that goes wrong with getting older. I get pissed when those who only see black and white and insist that everyone HAS to have the same dive equipment. It is like they are descriminating against people with physical handicaps. I suppose if they are blessed and have never had sports injuries etc. they don't recognize their own tunnel vision.

I am extremely thankful for the world of choices that we have in dive equipment. Those choices keep me in the water. The "this is the only way people" will some day grow old too, and, then perhaps they will also be thankful for the availability of a wide variety of gear.
