That said I have a pair of ankle weights in my box of useless junk I wish people had warned me about before I spent $$$ on them. About the only time I even think they _might_ be useful is if I have a heavy camera, doubles and several stages, all of which tends to make me topheavy and I suppose a case could be made for the trim benefits in that case. Even then It's hard enough to swim around with all that mass without having weights on your ankles slowing down your finning. Better to adjust your trim in other ways. I certainly can't imagine a need them for single tank diving. Clinton
