I guess you could put them in the bottom of you trash can when you but it out to be picked up on windy day. That way it won't blow away when they dump the trash out of it.

Or maybe they could be worn while walking on a treadmill or something to increase the intensity of a person workout, I guess that might work.

But a litgimate use in diving. Nope, don't see it. Other than the 200% profit the dive shop makes when they sell them to you.
