Elaine, practically all sport diving gear, good, bad, even ugly, are simply tools. If one works for you then use it. I wore ankle weights when I dove Force Fins with my dry suit because they're very light and buoyant. Now I dive the big original ScubaPro Jet Fins and their negative weight doesn't require ankle weights. As to silly dwilly's remarks, MHK's alter egomaniac clone, if he knew anything about diving he'd still be running his Diving Locker in San Diego instead of running it down and selling it to avoid bankruptcy.
