Joe, the DIR Taliban techies have their own ankle gear to control dry suit leg inflation. They're called Gator Wraps (Halcyon/Extreme Exposure) which prevent air from inflating legs from the knees down. They go for over 90 bucks a pair. Ankle weights go for around 20. Different gear, same purpose.
