Walt,

The coroner's report will be worthless. His sensor was reading at .09 so it's clear he went hypoxic, when that happened and when it would have been possible to save him will NEVER be determined. The coroner's report will be issued several months from now and everyone will have long moved on from the fatality, moreover it will undoubtably be "inconclusive" so waiting for the coroners report is nothing but a red-herring..
