Dive Makai will take you to spots you cannot shore dive from unless you are a cliff diver, same is true of Kohala Divers. Most of the boats for the Manta night dive do a two tank afternoon/evening dive. If you are looking to say a little time and money, you might want to check out Manta Divers. They do just a one tank night dive. There may be a few boats that are now going back to the original Manta night dive next to what is now the Sheraton. I understand they have turned the lights back on
