Dove the Malibu pier with a student last night. We saw halibut, crabs. sand dollar beds. We got stuck in fishing line too. A good lesson for students on not to panic just cut it off. vis was variable 3-10 at best.Well good scary first night dive pointing out how dependent one is on the compass for night dives. No lobsters seen, darn!!!
