I'm one the diving business reps on the Statewide Interests Group (SIG) that's part of the MLPA process. I think it's great that you posted this link and I'd encourage interested people to attend this meeting.

However, I want to take issue with the statement " . . .SoCal will be the next area the BRTF considers . . ."

To my knowledge, that has NOT yet been determined, though SoCal will obviously at some point be dealt with. My understanding is that they're still trying to decide whether to go north or south and no final decision has been made.
