As related by Mr. Jeff Shaw, acting as agent for ~eJ, "The reel should be awarded annually to divers who bring up the item that most inspires the phrase "Sheesh".

The recipient is free to bestow it at any time throughout the year to anyone who earns an outstanding "Sheesh".

Be sure to wear gloves! (and surgical liners if you have them!)

This should be a lot of fun!
