Ankle weights...

So I hear that are unnecessary.
I hear that they are bad.
I hear that they are a poor compensation for bad form.

I also hear that they add comfort.
I hear that they improve trim.
I notice some people who have been diving for decades using them.

NO ONE HERE HAS TOLD ME WHAT SPECIFICALLY NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED TO MAKE THEM UNNEEDED.

Come on boys chime in or pipe down. Otherwise I will just brand this discussion the new Mac Vs. PC
