Just a heads-up for those that care.
I have used Ocean Master masks and snorkels for many years now. I have been more than happy with their equipment. I had the occasion to get another Ocean Master mask about a year and a half ago. This new mask recently, literally, fell apart. An obvious manufacturer's defect. I brought it back to West Coast Divers Supply where I had purchased it. They contacted OM with the problem and were told that the mask would be replaced. A week later, they called to check on the status of the replacement and were then told that there would be no replacement and that they, OM, would no longer honor any warranty issues. WCDS promptly cancelled all of their out standing orders with them. I then contacted OM myself and spoke with a women there. She did not care. I was blown away by how much she did not care.
Needless to say, I will no longer purchase any Ocean Master equipment. It's a sad state of affairs when a company with a good product is no longer willing to stand behind what they make, and treats their customer base with total apathy.
