I have been in contact with Dodie. GLACD helped complete the permitting process by obtaining insurance. Releases and Waivers will have to be signed by participants (sigh.....). I am asking around to see if any LA County Instructors can come down and provide surface support.

Here is a proposed schedule:
"set up" at 7:30 am (arrive with releases and waivers)
start the event at 8:00 (very short safety briefing)
be out of the water by 11:00
trash bagged and tagged by 11:30
"tear-down" will be completed by noon.
Note: High Tide is around 10 am.
Picnic lunch afterward sounds great - tables are available at the other side (Royal Palms)
