Which involves greater disrespect to the deceased, Nathan? Trying to point out how the tragedy could have been prevented in a calm and non-polemical way so that others might learn from this terrible situation or ignoring the obvious, mumbling condolences and going back to business as usual?

If you think there is a middle ground, please suggest it.
