I'll look tonight and get you citation on the VC drop issue from Bennett & Elliott. I have the 4th Edition so someone with the 5th may want to offer up a cite from that, as well.

The efficacy of toggling is an Irvine/WKPP thing which I have not seen addressed elsewhere. I've reached out in the pastto hyperbaric experts to corroborate this but never received feedback on any research on this. That said, the WKPP are doing RB dives involving deco schedules so far off the charts so as to be deemed insane but for the fact that they seem to survive them.
