My son Robin Wadsworth, who lived in the SF Bay Area all his life, loved diving, and initiated a fin comparison discussion thread on this board four months ago (http://diver.net/bbs/posts001/64331.shtml), died two weeks ago in Bonaire, in the Netherlands Antilles, after a shallow water blackout. A Saturday, September 16, 2006 San Francisco Chronicle article, "Robinson Wadsworth - musician, adventurer" by Nanette Asimov, is readable online at http://sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2006/09/16/BAG4CL6QQ31.DTL One small error in the article is undoubtedly due to many people having been interviewed who did not yet have all the information. While Robin and his wife had been snorkeling earlier in the day, and SCUBA diving the day before, he was freediving at the time of his death. Patricia Tyler Smith Wadsworth Vahedi
