I know exactly how you feel. I have been replaying Sunday's events over and over in my mind and asking myself if there is anything we could have done differently. In retrospect I realize that while we were all hoping for a miracle, there was nothing anyone could have done to save Harry's life, even if he had been pulled up the ladder a bit faster.

That being said, I do agree that having some sort of a harness on dive boats would be a great idea. I hope that this tragedy will cause all of us to be even more diligent about planning ahead for emergencies and being the safest divers we can be.
