The L A County Parks 7 Rec.'s Underwater Unit i presenting its annual diver safety day on Saturday, October 21st, 2006 at the Cabrillo Beach Youth Waterfront Sports Center, #000 Shosonean Rd., San Pedro fro 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. go to www.LAScuba.com for more info and to register. The theme is what can a diver or boater do to respond to a diving emergency. Demos and panel discussions with the USCG, L A Co. Lifeguards, Catalina Chamber staffperson.
