Okay, made a call to the Harbor Master down there...yes it is against the boating and waterways to dive in the Mission Bay Channel, BUT they will not hassle you if you stay alongside and close to the rockwall/jetty.

I assuming by someone saying 'good', then there are legal size lobsters along the jetty...But I looking for any knowledge of any large size lobsters there???
