October 21st is the date for the County Parks and Recreation's seminar on scuba diving safety, which will bring together southland recreational scuba divers, the Coast Guard, Catalina Chamber's Karl Huggins, Dr. Glen Egstrom and local lifeguards to demonstrate and discuss diver rescue and how to avoid diving accidents.
