You can deny it as much as you like, but the fact remains that those who do use the term "stroke" use it with the intent of belittling someone, just like you did. It is unfortunate that your cause has integrated a derogatory term into it's teachings, because anytime one calls thier opponent a derogatory term in a debate, the name caller commits a fallacy, which renders any of their other points, valid or not, mute.

You might take a second look, because there appears to be another person "stroking their own ego" in this string ...
