Chuck, I do not know if it had a club during my time (1979-81, graduate program-business, I needed few units for fun activities.) I am sure that they taught the basics of the maintenance now I think about it. To what degree, I do not know.

Since I posted my question here, I asked to a technitian at the dive shop, and checked various sites on the net. (I realize that I should check my commonsense as well since the life demands the overhaul/zero base assessment of various life-related activities for its own sake.)

I will meditate on this.
