If you have three vents, you need the kit installed.

No, you don't get Mk 25s -- it was NOAA that was replacing their
Mk 20s with Mk 25s, not ScubaPro. "NDC is currently replacing all
MK20 regulators with SCUBAPRO MK25 regulators." NDC is NOAA Dive
Center.
