NOAA had some of their failing regs examined. There was no evidence
of overtorqueing like thread damage.

The engineer in me would love to get a look at the insides of one,
before and after, the kit is installed.

Clinton: you may find that yours have already been done. They have
been installing the kit since May 2005.
