I went over to Marineland after work and was amazed at the reflection of the cliffs in the water. It wasn't a lake. It was a mill pond! I geared up and was underwater by 2:45. I dropped down on the outer edge of the main reef and was surprised to see a milky fungus on all the Gorgonian and many rocks down there. I didn't see any of that last week.
As I headed toward the cove I saw Christmas Tree and Serpulid worms of many colors on every rock. My trigger finger is sore.
Water temp was 62F and vis was about ten feet at depth with at least twenty in the shallows.
