Today, I got three bugs during the day by the scuba dive. Yesterday, I got two during the day by the free dive. Different locations, and cannot be compared one to one. But one thought popped up.

Do you think that the bubble sound coming out of the reg. trigger any alarm action on the part of the bugs? (Of course you are not the bugs, but what do you think?)

There are obvious advantages for scuba to catch bugs, but I also see many advantages for free dive as well.

Any input/personal story is appreciated.
