Something is wrong with your numbers. The difference between full and
empty weights is a function of the number of gas molecules
breathed, not the tank material, and so should be essentially
the same. The difference should be about 14 or 15 pounds in
either case. So it would appear that there's something wrong
with the LP numbers.
